| | 1. Questions concerning copyrights. Real-Properties.com reserves all the rights including copyrights to the content on this site. Please contact us if you have any questions concerning this.
| | 2. What are the terms and conditions of submitting a listing? The content of listing is deem to be accurate as at the time of submission. Real-Properties.com is not to be held responsible for the content of real estate listing submitted by third party. As we are not real estate brokers, contacting usmon the listing will not be fruitful. However, we hold the rights to edit and delete any submission that we feel is neccessary to do so in order to provide quality content to the viewers.
| | 3. How to enter a listing? We currently hold Singapore's HDB Listing. The url is on the top menu. Go to the submission page and follow the instructions to submit. You will be given a chance to preview before submitting a listing. Once submitted, it will not be editable.
| | 4. Can I edit or update the listing? At this moment, we do not allow editing or updating to the listing once it is submitted. This is to lower the cost of maintenance. However, this site being moderated to ensure quality content is available to everyone else.
| | 5. How often would the listings be updated? Listing will usually be kept for a month or longer. You can resubmit a listing once it has been removed. No duplicate is accepted.
